Contact for pricing and availability; Either I have it, or I can get it! Your luxury watch shopping experience hits new highs with Tim Mosso’s “Weekend Watches.” WatchBox’s world-class inventory of preowned luxury watches comes to life every Wednesday and Saturday thanks to YouTube’s only curated wristwatch video gallery. Brands ranging from Rolex to Patek Philippe cross the screen in a star-studded array of collectible, classic, complicated, and carefully worn watches for every watch buyer, watch collector, and watch enthusiast. Omega watches are the highlight of this morning’s show thanks to two Omega Speedmaster Professional units and a Seamaster Diver 300M. The first Omega Speedmaster is the “Silver Snoopy 2,” a 2015 limited edition from 2015 that marked 45 years since an Omega Speedmaster chronograph was used to assist in the safe return of the crippled Apollo 13 spacecraft. The image of comic strip beagle, Snoopy, was used on NASA awards to honored equipment suppliers including Omega. A rare Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Moonphase offers a fascinating combination of the Lemania-based caliber 1863 with a mooonphase and date complication module; the result is called caliber 1866, and it sits under a sapphire display caseback. Omega’s Seamaster received an update in 2019 courtesy of this Diver 300M with white ceramic dial and black ceramic bezel insert. The 42mm dive watch is rated to 300-meters, includes a helium escape valve, and sports a full bracelet with an extensible clasp. The Omega caliber 8800 automatic movement has a 55-hour power reserve, a METASS “Master Chronometer” certification, and a co-axial escapement. Patek Philippe contributes a single unit to the show in the form of the sublime 5270P perpetual calendar chronograph. Launched at Baselworld 2018, the salmon-dial 5270P was the first of this distinguished model line to include a platinum case. Finally, a single Rolex watch graces the screen in the form of the discontinued and collectible GMT-Master II “black bezel.” This 40mm pilot’s watch includes the desirable monotone black ceramic bezel insert that simplifies its appearance and adds to its elegance. • 31:28 A.
