With its highly reliable chronograph and bezel with tachymetric scale, it allows drivers to perfectly measure average speeds up to 400 kilometers or miles per hour, as they choose. The Daytona is an icon eternally joined in name and function to the high‑performance world of motor sport. This Daytona features a 40mm 18K yellow gold case and scratch-resistant sapphire cyrstal. The dial is white with applied diamond hour indices, printed black minute calibrations, subregisters outlined in gold, and yellow gold center hands. The central sweep seconds hand allows an accurate reading of 1/8 second, while the two counters on the dial display the lapsed time in hours and minutes. The movement inside, a COSC-chronometer certified self-winding Rolex 4130 chronograph caliber, boasts an extensive 72-hour power reserve.
