H. Moser & Cie Watches: All Models Reviewed: Streamliner; Pioneer; Endeavour; Heritage; Venturer

Contact for pricing and availability; Either I have it, or I can get it! H. Moser & Cie watches take center stage as Tim Mosso presents a full collection of preowned watches from the Schaffhausen-based independent watch brand. From the sporty Moser Streamliner to the elegant Endeavour collection, every major model line and many different watch styles are on hand for the pleasure of watch collectors and watch enthusiasts. This is YouTube’s only curated gallery of H. Moser & Cie watches! The H. Moser & Cie Streamliner family of sports watches launched for 2020 in two models. First was the 42.3mm stainless steel Streamliner Flyback chronograph. As Moser’s take on the integrated bracelet steel sports watch genre, the Streamliner borrowed liberally from the tropes of the 1970s. However, unlike most in that class, the Streamliner owes little to the work of Gerald Genta. Moser’s sports watch draws from the tonneau cases of watches like the Omega Speedmaster Mark IV and the Oris Chronoris Star. The Streamliner’s bracelet bears a passing resemblance to the Omega Speedsonic Chronograph and a great deal of resemblance to the 1977 Ebel Sport Classic. Inside the 120-meter water resistant case, Moser fits what it describes as “Caliber HMC902.” It’s a customized version of Agenhor’s Agengraphe 6361 automatic chronograph movement. The winding rotor is hidden under the “Funky Blue” fume dial leaving the owner’s view of the caliber unobstructed. With a 54-hour power reserve, this Moser has above average autonomy between windings. The movement includes a column wheel function selector and a “AgenCluch” that combines the best attributes of the vertical clutch and horizontal clutch. For good measure, flyback chronograph action is enabled, and the finish of the HMC902 is exceptional. Watch collectors who love the Streamliner but prefer simplicity or smaller cases will appreciate the 40.3mm Streamliner Centre Seconds. The “Matrix Green” fume dial is clean, striking, and unbroken by date or complications. The watch retains its big brother’s 120-meter water resistance and impressive integrated steel bracelet. Under a sapphire display caseback, an H. Moser & Cie manufacture caliber HMC200 keeps the time. This rugged automatic movement includes hacking seconds and a 72-hour power reserve. Durability is assured thanks to a full balance bridge, a free-sprung balance, and relatively thick construction of the movement itself. Other H. Moser & Cie watch models include watches from the Pioneer, Venturer, Swiss Alp Watch, and Endeavour collections. PRICES FOR ALL WATCHES: EMAIL TMOSSO@THEWATCHBOX.COM • 17:58 H.
