Bremont is an award-winning British company producing beautifully engineered chronometers at our Headquarters in Henley on Thames, England.
Time began for Bremont in 2002, when we embarked on a journey to make beautifully crafted pilot’s watches of exceptional quality. Inspired by a love of flying historic aircraft, of watches and all things mechanical, our timepieces had to be tested beyond the normal call of duty. The preowned Bremont watches in our core range are all COSC-certified and we are one of the few companies offering a 3-year warranty on every product. Immensely precise, reliable and durable, used Bremont watches are hand built in limited numbers.
Each is designed to appeal to those who share our passion for - and appreciation of - the innovation and mastery behind a beautiful mechanical wristwatch. We hope you enjoy the same satisfaction when you try on a Bremont watch, as we do in creating one.
From the tough and rugged Bear Grylls to the Hollywood heartthrob Taylor Lautner, the Bremont brand of watches definitely “gets around.” While the company is relatively new, compared to other watch companies that are hundreds of years old, there’s no question it has caught the eye of many thanks to the unbeatable style and sense of luxury each timepiece offers.
History of Bremont Timepieces
Bremont was founded in 2002, by two brothers – Nick and Giles English – out of England. The company was born out of a passion and inspiration for aviation. After Nick and Giles father, Euan, a former Royal Air Force pilot had his life cut short by a tragic plane crash in 1995, the brothers resolved to create a company in his memory.
In the beginning, the brothers didn’t have a name for the company, which is when they were inspired by the breakdown of their aircraft in a French field, which was owned by Antoine Bremont, who was a WWII veteran pilot. He helped fixed their plane and Bremont was officially formed.
According to the JCK report, today the company produces approximately 10,000 watches annually, which is only about 25 percent of the production of the Audemars Piguet company, which has a history dating back 175 years.
What Makes Bremont Watches So Appealing?
The watches produced and sold by Bremont go above and beyond what other watch companies provide. Each watch in the core range of products are COSC certified, and this is one of the few watch companies that offer a three-year warranty on each watch created. Precise, durable and reliable, the Bremont watches are all built by hand and in limited numbers, making them a true treasure.
Why Should You Buy a Preowned Bremont Watch?
While the company is young, there’s no question that some of the older models are – perhaps – the most amazing you will find. Since this watch company makes each model in limited numbers, buying preowned is the best course of action, as this gives you access to the full history of this brand.
