WatchBox offers our team members a selection of comprehensive employee benefit plans that rank among the best in the industry. The following services and programs are available on the first day of the month following a 60-day qualifying period.
Healthcare WatchBox employees may enroll in a health care plan. We work to make the plans as accessible and user-friendly as possible while providing inclusive, affordable coverage for our employees. Our coverage options include comprehensive policies that encompass vision and dental programs.
Paid Time Off WatchBox offers a generous PTO policy that increases based on length of service to encompass up to 20 days.
Holidays Our company recognizes six official holidays in addition to accrued vacation time. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Office Perks WatchBox is the Industry's headquarters for workplace fun. We hold three catered lunches per week.
